Back in 2015, I was just starting a new online radio show which allowed me to immerse myself in all things deep. Along with the radio show, I thought id start up something on Facebook to promote my radio show a bit. Aside by my friend, Murf to do a facebook group and the facebook group was born. The group grew rapidly and was beginning to take on a life of its own. Fast forward to 2020 and theres nearly 15,000 members into the deeper sounds of electronic music. Ive always wanted to have a label and release music and one seems the perfect opportunity with a captive audience in the group.
The first ep is a various artists ep featuring 4 of my current favourite artists, Tin Man, Derek Carr, Dircsen and Posthuman.

The whole album is amazing. Empires is, overall, my favorite ... (1) Because it's extra quirky (2) It's the longest track on the album ... and I like long tracks. Whole album is great, though. 5/5 stars. 10/10.... all we need is more of Shima! And, I think, a trio collaboration between John Shima, Derek Carr and, of course, Mr Rutter himself would be extra special :) simplybeourselves
